Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a store credit or an exchange.

Returns

 

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. If it is past 14 days since your purchase, unfortunately there is no refund or exchange. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

 

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a replacement. The damaged or defective product must be returned as per the method below.

 

Return Process

 

To return an item, please email customer service at bryony@evolvinghearts.com.au to obtain a Return Merchandise (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or refunded.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your store credit or exchange, or in the event of damaged or defective goods, a replacement. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your credit or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

If you are receiving a refund due to cancellation by Us of a workshop, event, retreat or treatment, please allow five (5) business days for your refund to be processed. Your refund will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Alternatively you may roll it over to another workshop, event, retreat or treatment of the same value as a credit.

 

Exceptions

 

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged

 

●   Digital products and downloads

●   Gift cards or vouchers

●   Some health and intimate personal care items

●   Yoni eggs

 

Cancellation Policy

 

We have a strict 24 hour Cancellation Policy. There will be a 50% cancellation fee charged for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. Failure to attend an appointment will result in 100% of the session fee charged.

There are strictly no refunds available for any pre purchased workshops, events or treatments. If more than 24 hours notice is given, a credit to the same value will be placed on your account to be used for a future Service of the same or similar nature.

In the event Evolving Hearts cancels a session, treatment, or workshop, all attempts to reschedule your appointment within a reasonable time frame will be made.

 

Evolving Hearts reserves the right to cancel workshops or retreats if minimum numbers are not met. In the event that the minimum number of participants required for a workshop or retreat is not met, You will not be eligible for a refund. Instead, all monies paid will be credited towards the rescheduled retreat or workshop. We understand the importance of choosing a date that aligns with the schedules and preferences of our participants who have already paid. Therefore, in the event of rescheduling, we will make every effort to select a new date that accommodates the majority of attendees.

In the unlikely event a session, retreat, workshop or treatment is cancelled because of reasons outside of our control, no refund will be made to You, but depending on the circumstances, You may be eligible for an exchange or credit note for the same service/value or another service of the same value, to be used at a later date.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
